The CP’s Board of Directors consists of volunteers from a variety of educational, professional and personal backgrounds.
Our theme for the current fiscal year (2019) involves a continued commitment to being bold and challenging the status quo. Our goals include contributing to a real solution to family violence, which includes prevention efforts and focusing on children’s emotional health. We’re also determined to Slay the Stigma regarding mental health services.
Our directors do much more than attend meetings. They accomplish concrete tasks, like providing stuffed animals (counseling companions) for our younger clients. They also serve as true ambassadors for the agency, by building relationships with others in our community.
If you are interested in serving on our board because you support our cause and want to do the work, please reach out to one of its members.
