WHAT IS PROJECT POSITIVE?

A 5-week course for youth that teaches effective mental health skills that last a lifetime.

TOPICS COVERED:

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • How the brain reacts to stress, and real or perceived threats.

  • Strengthening the ability to recognize and manage emotions

  • Making better decisions

  • Understanding the power of practicing gratitude

  • Developing positive, healthy habits

  • Healthy relationships

COURSE FEE

$250 (Fee is non-refundable)

For Richardson referrals experiencing financial hardship, please reach out about a reduction in the cost.

Students can pay in weekly installments. The course fee must be paid by the last class.
Accepted forms of payment: Credit card or check. Payments can be made online or by phone.
